The jogging bit is on the same section as the step aerobics(which im pants at) and hula(which im ace at!)
Anyway a kick up the bum here and there would be appreciated, not needed tonight as I have plans which will involve a glass of wine or two.Starting afresh for April then though..........

Hi again everyone. I thought I had better come and find you lot as my drinking has crept up this last week.
I had quite a few nights out last week, had a couple of bottles of wine over the weekend, and I need to draw a line under that and get back on track before it snowballs.
    I hope your all doing o.k x

    Wow,eselt that sounds seriously scary

Do you mind me asking how many units you were drinking then? Tell me to mind my own business if you want to though :D

No probs!! The answer is about as many as I could lay my hands on- when I had money it was about 2 bottles of vodka a day, when I was skint about 6 litres of cider- I used to wake up at 4.00- try really hard to keep my first drink of the day down, throw up everywhere, drink some more and try and keep it down, drink teaspoons of milk so I could get enough energy to get to the shop (opposite) collapse on sofa and start watching Jeremy Kyle, drink myself unconscious and wake up and start the whole cycle again- lost my job, my kids, the love of my life, my family, went bankrupt, homeless- all because of alcoholism. PLEASE don't go there, it takes such a long time to come back.

Must admit thoughts are creeping into my mind about having a drink later - what with it being the last day of the month and I've done reasonably well so far. Old habits die hard - so I'd be treating myself to a drink..... which in all likelihood would lead to quite a few and then a hangover at work with all that entails. I suffer from anxiety attacks and have had panic attacks in the past. Sometimes the drink seems the easiest thing to avoid them although that in itself has caused problems as the hangover means I started drinking earlier.

No - if I don't touch one then nothing else comes of it - I'm looking to see someone about the anxiety and panic attacks and will just have to accept them for the time being. Its probably my bodies way of telling me something anyway.... and that something is not to have a drink I'm sure.
