I'm still on 19. Will deffo be AF today to make my target (unless you count the 7% alcohol in Covonia).
Will cobble together a first draft of the runners and riders for April later, 'fraid it won't be all clever whizzy bells 'n whistles like my more skilled predecessors, more of a spartan credit crunch approach appropriate to the economic climes we find ourselves in. If I could make it out of recycled banana skins I would (actually, perhaps banana skins not the best choice, eek). I digress....
So step up if you're joining in and haven't declared your targets, let's have your numbers in bold please if poss so I spot 'em as I whizz thru' the posts.
hasta luego!

Welcome lilibet dripping
I used to drink a bottle a night too - it's very easy to do imhoThe more you drink, the more you need to feel the buzz.
If you join in the April challenge it will help keep you motivated. I only joined the March challenge and should reach 17 AF days tonight :jThis is more than I managed in the whole of 2008  and I never thought I could do it
To answer your question - Kudzu is a plant derivative that has been used by the Chinese for years to stop alcohol cravings. I read about it last month and thought I would give it a try and it really works for me :jI am now able to be AF Mon-Thurs and drink [more moderately than before] on Fridays/Sats/Sun and now drink around 10-16 units a week instead of about 60
Have a good day all xx0 -

16 days for my April pledge please29th Feb Quit Day :j0 -
I haven't managed any alcohol free days while I've been away so March total is 4/15 for me, with a possibility of getting to 5 if I sneak one in today at the last minute. Sorry for letting the side down in March. Thanks very much for doing the scores, NTC - really appreciate it.
I really want (need!) to keep going with this for April. I have decided to go for a goal of 2 AFDs each week so please put me down for 10/30 for April. I'm hoping this lower target will help me find some willpower.0 -
15 for me today, way hey, I made my target this month!!!! (after missing it in February.) Thank you very much NeedstoChange for keeping score.:T
I am also on 15 days AF target for April please.
Hope you are all okay. I think everyone is doing very, very well whether they made their targets or not. :A

Hi NTC and everyone.
I havent been around for the past few weeks. Just had lots of stuff happening, lost my job, and this has all resulted in falling off the wagon - only 4 days, which I suppose for a month, still isnt bad. I was annoyed at myself at first, but, those 4 occasions drinking, just confirmed why I want to give up!
On the subject of 'The Secret Millionaire' - I cried buckets too! It just hits home that although I feel like my life sucks sometimes, I have soooo much, and hould do more for other people that really need it. I have picked up a volunteer form and am going to give a couple hours of week doing something charitable and for someone who needs it. It was very sad!
I hope everyone is doing ok.

ms_london sorry to hear you had a bad month but you managed to get right back on the wagon so well done you:T
What is your final score then and I will update?29th Feb Quit Day :j0 -
HI all
Sorry wasnt AF last night
but I did only have a wee can of wine - rather than pick up a bottle - I am now picking up those wee cans - no money saving but as its only about a glass or so I really want - then where's the logic in buying a bottle and drinking it all?
My own fault went to the supermarket late with OH - and they all got some treats and I know I struggle in the supermarket at night.
Hey ho - will be AF tonight - so will update tomorrow x
Keep it up chaps - whos in charge in April - ?Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
