Still on 9 AFD after an AF day yesterday and drinking a few glasses of wine on Thurs/Fri/Sat. Must try harder this week to get closer to the target now as it approaches!

Hope everyone had a good weekend and is ok and good today. Whiplash still bad for me and still off work due to it. Fed up of all the pain now! Still nice and spring like today to cheer me up!

    Morning all

Goodness, it got really squashed on that naughty bench over the weekend! I'll need to seriously lose some weight so I don't take up so much room. Plan is off the bench and back on the wagon today. Lovely spring weather makes me feel very positive.
  • HI All
Aiming for another AFD here so will shovel in the Kudzo later - dunno if it helps but anything that stops the clanging bells is good.

Behind on my target but not beating myself up on it - hope all is well xx

Stroppy well done on last night and the non smoking too. xx

Right, squeezing off that very popular bench with a determined standing up movement. It's about time I started putting some AFDs up there and I intend to have one today. Will update later or tomorrow...
  • The naughty bench is looking a bit empty today:D must be that monday feeling.

Hi all- Fay and BB, I just sobbed and sobbed at your posts, its clear you have forgiven your parents and given your children all the love you can, but the fact that you still remember how a lonely childhood feels made me really think- I just hope my kids forgive my 3 yrs of drunkeness and can look back with some kind of affection.

Jo- looked at the Jade stuff, absolutely heartbreaking. Her little ones are so lovely, I'm not religious but I hope god takes care of those lads for her when shes gone- shes tried so hard to make sure they are looked after.

Spring is here in Cornwall- hurrah- feel better already. Hope everyone is OK.

Ooh I love Cornwall eselt. It must be lovely living there

Any hoo, can you put me down for 8 AFD please? :D :j :j :j Which means I have reached my little target I set for my first month doing this :j Now I will carry on and get into double figures :j
I wasn't sure I was even going to manage 1 AFD this month as I havent been AF for a few months, so it is pretty big deal for me.

Thought I might struggle tonight having had 3 days of moderate drinking, but I didn't give drink a thought at all :D :j Tonight was the easiest night so far so either I am getting into the habit of not drinking during the week or the kudzu is still kicking in. Either way I am dead chuffed :D

Hope everyone else is ok xx
