Happy Birthday Maman
:bdaycake: Don't 'beat yourself up' about having a drink for your birthday. If you are a cutter downer like me than there are some times that are an exception to the rule
betty-blue when I had AF days last year I felt incredibly - overwhelmingly tired
For some reason I haven't noticed it this time round though. I think some people experience it but others don't. 0 -

I am exhausted! I wake up quicker when I have a hangover than when I don't, I snooze the alarm instead

Still on 7 here but happy with that. Should be AF today then having a "devil" weekend with loads of social events planned. I will be watching my unit intake though as I really am quite a lightweight now which is great, (cheap date anyone:D )

Hi all- happy birthday maman, have a lovely day.
GC- I took your advice last night and thought, right I will try and raise my self esteem by doing something for others, so I phoned an old freind and complimented them on how well their daughter had sung in the school play and told them how much I'd missed them since I hadn't been going out drinking, I made sure I only talked about positive things and congratulated them on the fact that they had just got a promotion at work- just little things, but you're right GC when I put the phone down I felt really positive, and my old friend emailed me this morning to say how well I sounded and would I like to go to dinner (and her and OH wouldn't drink). Result. I might spend today thinking about other things I can do- anyone got any ideas?
Hope everyone is OK today- good luck.0 -
Gosh eselt well done - lovely idea & lovely result!!
Jo (& anyone alse who was reading....) you know yesterday I was desperate to get OH to go on this night away with me so he'd drive, well serves me right I spose...he is going to go, so I have to pay for him cos I said I would, but as he wants to leave early next day we're driving separately! So that scheme well & truly backfired on me. now I can fret for the next 16 days about getting there
Hi everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
:money:Sleeves up folks.:money:0 -

Not really - it's my niece's 40th birthday (obv I was very young when she was born
) do & her birthday is actually the next day, & she lives 8000 miles away (which is why she's rented a house for us all) so I haven't seen her for months & months! 0 -
Sorry maman - Many Happies from me too......0
