    Hi everyone, :hello:

BS NIC count me in please for the housmates party, my tipple is of course ginger beer. I hope I won't have to associate with any devils though. On that note TRC as I am an ANGEL I will of course forgive you. :A Can I drop in after casualty though? See ya later, hugs, xxxxx

Btw can I say how confused I am over all this plant talk  plants have never been my strong point, though I once had a cactus called Cecil. Sadly he met a sorry end and thats all I want to say about that.

Dear Lurky, no worries on you catching up with the waggon, Lewis has lost his drive in the Maclaren and we now have brought an old Minardi out of retirement with Takuma Sato as the number one driver. (You could catch that walking) :rotfl:So I expect to see you on POLE POSITION tomorrow. (Btw I am a MASSIVE F1 FAN). :T Hugs to you and the: Lovely Esther and family.

Jo how fantastic are you doing? Rewind a week ago and now you are on 6af days. :T Its absolutely brilliant, I am so proud of you. Keep up all your good work and any info on the Eastenders storyline is appreciated. Love n hugs. xxxx

Hugs to Miss P and all our other Angels and Devils, You know what catagory you fit into. Have a good weekend my friends and see you later for our 80's bash. xxxxxxx

Oh and one last thing Gc can I please ask? You stopped drinking alcohol and then changed yourself, so therefore the craving for alcohol faded? How long did this take? I know we are all different but I am curious. Take care and hugs. xxxxx

    Budige hugs to everyone xxxxxxxxxxxxx

I have a theory on this, as I see a lot of similarities with smoking. The method I used to stop (2 and a half years ago) was to retrain the subconscious brain... the bit that said "you need a fag". It worked completely and I haven't had a craving since. I think that if you (i.e. one) can find a way to do that for alcohol, you can just stop. It is a largely psychological thing.

Just my humble opinion on the matter.

I am so glad that some of you are also finding Kudzu helping you. I was sceptical at first but thought I'd try anything once, but am just amazed how good it is :j

Jo, I have 2 other health shops in my town but they don't sell Kudzu, only Holland and Barrett sell it round my way. You can buy it from a few different places online though. I ordered some more from H & B yesterday as it was £2 a bottle off so i ordered 2 and even with postage it still worked out cheaper than buying it at the full price locally.

Again, it's 6pm [ start of my wine bell ringing period] and I am planning on having a drink tonight, but no hint of craving it yet at all, so I know I will have no problem at having just 2 glasses tonight :j

I honestly never thought I was going to have even 1 AF night at all this year never mind be able to say 'I have had enough' on nights I do drink  Gawd knows how the stuff works - no one seems to know - but it DOES work and that's all I care about :T

    Hi Housemates,

Just checking out some music for our 80's bash later do you remember this one?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSh6SQd8UrI

Guess we should all remember that:

"LIFE IS CHINA IN OUR HANDS"

Seems a shame that we blot such a big part of it out getting drunk and remembering so little of the night/day before, don't you agree?

Ps CHRIS MOYLES ONLY WENT AND DID IT :T

    Hi all,

Have just been catching up on the past week's posts.

Have only managed 3 AF days so far, due to an unusual work/social situation just now. Have kept the units down though and haven't been drunk so happy about that.

Looking forward to getting back to more of a normal routine...

    xx
