Jo I ordered it from Holland and Barrat online and got 15% cash back - think it was about £7 quid?
Good girl last night so now another one for me NTC :A

Oh hell, no wonder I think avena sativa is great if its related to this!!! Am relying on you Fay for guidance here?!! Maybe GC is right- change your life and the need to drink will go naturally? Personally I think I have the sort of personality that will always need to drink, I'm just managing not to at the moment and thats hard enough. Just found out from my dad that nearly every male in his family had a drink problem (don't know much about my grandad as he was a violent alcoholic and my dad has never really told me much about him)- my dad seems to have been able to resist it, but I haven't- weird.
Hope everyone is where they want to be this morning- best of luck today guys.
Hi all sorry to burst some bubbles - the sativa bit doesnt make them related at all - its a 'descriptor' for the plant - (part of its binomial )- all latin names for plants have two names - the latin genus name (what kind of plant it is) and a latin desciptor. [At least I now know the £XXXX my MSc cost was worth it!!]
sativa = cultivated, useful, sown, or wild
Avena = is the genus name for oats
- so 'wild oats' - I guess - :rotfl:sorry that's got me giggling here
The only thing they have in common is they are useful xxTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

I'm intrigued by the Kudzu discussion. I need to know, are we on grass or can I count it as one of my fruit and veg??
Jo, you could try an ordinary pharmacy but I got mine at Holland & Barrett. Doesn't help much (sorry) if your nearest one is miles away.
Bis, I'm interested that new drinks coming on the market might be a problem. I find that although I have loads of drinks in the house I can resist them easily. On a drinking day it has to be cheap, quaffing red or occasionally white. This represents progress for me. When I was drinking every day the cost and calories bugged me so rather than cut down (until I made my New Year's Resolution and found my lovely virtual friends on here) I would reason that having a G&T with duty free and own-brand diet tonic was OK.:o0 -
Hi everyone,
Hope you are all ok today'
Still off the fags....wine consumption gone down marginally but still no more AFD for me,had hoped to have at least got 2 under my belt by now
Finding the whole giving up smoking thing a lot harder than I imagined it would be
Has to be red wine for me too....I very rarely drink anything other than that, if I didnt have any Red wine in I wouldnt touch the other alcohol we have in the house (still got various spirits and beers left over from christmas!)
I suppose the answer here is, Maybe one day I should try not buying any red wine......;)

Good afternoon all
Not having a good AFM I'm afraid as succumbed to two glasses of wine with dinner with hubby last night (KNEW I shouldn't as not meant to drink on these tablets but thought what the hell, its my anniversary). So cue me being up all night poorly. So thats 5 for me please NTC.
Also had my Mum very upset on the phone this morning. I rang to cancel going over as I felt rough and it must have been the straw that broke the camels back. She's feeling like we all abandon her (she can't drive), that no-one notices her etc. Long story, lots of things building up there I think. So she's not talking to me and didn't want to see me. Which has really upset me - I love my Mum to pieces. SO I took to my bed at 10am this morning and have only just got up! Pounding headache lessened a bit but still feel like carp...and I'm meant to be going to a party this evening !_pale_
My god, listen to me rambling on. Anyway, hope everyone is ok. Jo - looks like you are doing amazingly well!
Miss P
