    Afternoon all

    Thanks Eselt, Fay and Lurkio for the support and advice re my devil spawn...sorry, my son! Sometimes it can feel you're the only one going through it. Glad I'm not!

    Well, despite my statements to the contrary, I DID manage the whole bottle of wine last night. OH went to bed early....prob because I was showing more interest in my glass than in him. So I have decided that:

    That was my LAST drink.

    I don't think I can afford to drink any more, in more ways than one. So I will be re-reading Allen Carr over the next few days to make it sink into my brain. I don't want to be ignoring my husband any more. I don't want to be a drunk Mummy. Its got to stop.

    Anway, seriousness over. Devil spawn is a different child today. All happy and jolly. My Mum has had him early this afternoon to let me have an hour to myself before work, bless her. He got into my bed this morning and gave me the best cuddle ever. Thats when you realise you love them really....

    We've just been through that but now she's found another one and ignoring us cos she in love....dunno what's worse :eek:

    And I'll swap you for two adult daughters.One just out of her marriage and one out of her long term partnership.
