Well I'm currently eating a picnic, loads of fruit and nuts in there so I am positively healthy!!

Finishing it off with a decaf dowe egberts and a film that I should be able to stay awake for :D

    Hope everyone's ok?

Fay, did you get the coffee?

    xx

HMMM my mr t doesnt sell it - looked at the other stuff and thought - nah - Jo said the other one was better - see the effect you have on me - picnic = 3 of your 5 a day (choc beans, rice stuff ??and those horrible sultana/raisin things)

Any one from healthy eating thread I am only kidding.

I settled for a bunch of 30p flowers and a swerve of the wine aisle.
Lodger breakfast at 7.15 so I need be up early ish.

Trying to seriously lose some wieght (at least a stone) as my hands are really hurting and I do think its cos I am bloated.

Sorry to hear other folks have triggers which are worse at the mo. Hugs to you all. If its any consolation at all folks here tell you to take it a day at a time, and thus far its been amoung the best advice I have had.

Its my 10 year anniversary for the split up of my marriage pretty soon, messy and on valentines day - great huh - I have been really down about it - but (...editied the boring bit!)
The fact that its been 10 years has shocked me into knowing that I had been drinking this badly for about 10 years - everyday just about until I found you guys.

    Hugs to you all.

WB I will be 3/3 tomorrow - thanks for keeping score.

Waves and hugs - after half hour marble game on wii fit - I need to lie down!!

Hi all- hope everyone is warm and toasty tonight- very icy here, have set the alarm but not hopeful of getting to work tommorrow.

Fay- don't get despondent about PhD- I did mine part time (6 yrs) and finished in 1996. I think the first reading year and research review took more time than anything else, sorting out methodology and writing up rationale for methodology took about 6 months, then data recording, results and analysis of results was a breeze because that was my own work and I knew it like the back of my hand. Getting the 12 chapters together (you might have more!!!) into final thesis format took about 10 months, then viva's then finished . I found my supervisor was absolutely crucial, could never have done it without him- he proof read everything and helped me make corrections, challenged my discussion and analysis and prepared me for a difficult and thorough viva (Exeter University). You will do this, its a process, in isolation lots of the time, but if its your passion that will get you through. Best of luck.

Best of luck everyone- take care.

Really appreciate it - thanks so much. Prob is my supervisor is an absolute idiot - he has no real interest in the subject - if anything he's almost anti the subject which is even worse. He wont proof things for me and is generally a great time-waster of my time - I do love what I am doing but the constant confrontation has really taken it out of me - ergh moan over sorry E - thanks for the motivation - Am hoping it will all be OK mostly I seem to go in circles. Well done you for getting through!!

Sorry guys sure this is very boring to read over......

    2AF for me please WB.

There's so much sadness on here tonight, really feel for you all and so proud of you for sticking to your targets under such pressure.

PP we only seem strong (ish) because we've been practising for a month! (or more in many cases). Stick with the thread and I'm sure the support you'll get will help you. I've been feeling down today not for any particular reason except maybe the horrible cold, slush we had after yesterday's snow. Just think it will soon be spring and you could be out enjoying the fresh air with your lovely rescue dogs.

Last night was a real struggle and I craved a glass of wine desperately. In the end I went to bed early just to get the day over with.

On target WB....but it ain't easy - so that's 3 out of 3 for me.

    X
Drinks to remember I, Me and Myself
    And winds up the clock
And knocks dust of the shelf
Home is a love that I miss very much
So the past has been bottled, and labelled with love.

Met a friend in the pub last night...... oddly, didn't even fancy a beer..... thought I would and told myself that if they had an ale I liked i would have one. Got there and just didn't want one, so stuck to yummy lemonade (more expensive than the export lager )

So 2/3 for me winebox, when you update :)

Budgie - well reminded about Esther saying she will post more ;) - I won't post for her, then :)
