    Evening all!!

So glad to hear about choccie being a bean so counting towards my 5 a day....just KNEW i should have bought that massive bar of fruit and nut earlier in Sainsbugs!

OH finished work early so took over poorly boy siting duties whilst I got some fresh air and nipped to the shops. I was excellent and avoided the wine aisles :D .

Will be an early night as will put little boy in bed with me. OH relegated to spare room :rotfl: . Day 3 done and dusted (almost) and so far no real cravings for alcohol. Dreading the weekend though as thats my danger time.

Jo, Fayjmck...hope you've both avoided the lure of the local shops!

Fedup Sorry to here whiplash is causing you pain. Hope you feel better soon.

    Miss P

As long as noone thinks the grapes in wine are part of their daily allowance we should all be OK................!
  • Eselt good point!! They are not part of your 5 a day once they contain alcohol!!

Just wondering did you manage to finish your phd? I am only just a third way through and struggling - sorry if I have asked you that before. xxx

  • Hi everyone,

Winebox - 2/3 AF for me so far please.

Haven't really had the urge this week. After half bottle of wine on Sunday night, I was back to being wide awake and thirsty at 5am again. That used to be the norm - reach for the water and painkillers, then toss and turn til alarm went off. Experiencing that again, after quite a small amount of alcohol (compared to previous) has turned me right off.

Must be getting into the poision mentality - can't wait for the AC book to arrive now.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooo glad we're not on the Slimming World system - sounds v complex!

    xx
