I'm really panicking about tonight, the alcohol has left my body but I'm still feeling the habitual part of drinking, I love the new found organisation I have in my life, the quality of the time but hate the length of the evenings!! I want to go to bed by 8pm!!

Hi all- thank you for scoring, I wouldn't have a clue where to start. Jo glad the anxiety/shakey feelings are nearly gone.

Didn't manage to get to work today, I have to go up a big hill on my way there and as I approached it I could see a lorry sliding backwards down it so I quickly turned off and went home! Its freezing here but the kids are off school and they've had a great day.

Can someone explain what a green day and a red day are? (first thought that came to mind was gordons gin (green) and Smirnoff vodka (red)- but I'm guessing thats not it?!).

Hope everyone is safe and warm, and if you are snowed in please don't drive (Jo take care), if you don't go out you can't pop in the shop for a bottle or can.
