  • No, not all at the same time!

Seriously though, I used to munch by way through mountains of Kettle Chips on a Friday night with a bottle of white! I bet I ate/drank a 1000 calories before dinner!

Haven't lost any weight yet - but its early days.

Be great if you score for us in Feb - thank you.

Hi all- for whats supposed to be the gloomiest day of the year its good to see its not dampening our spirits and everyone is so positive at the moment. I'm afraid I fall into GC's drinking category- I have no brakes as far as alcohol is concerned, I can't do moderation, I have one, get a taste for it, then drink till I fall over or pass out, so I can't have that first drink, its just too big a risk to take- I just have an 'excess is not enough' approach to drinking and I really envy those of you who can consider moderation, I think thats sometimes harder than not drinking at all.

Can you put me down for 17/18 please Lurky- and thanks for keeping the scores, it is appreciated.

Best of luck tonight and for the week everyone- I think we're on a roll now and the ends in sight- just think Feb will be even easier because its such a short month, can't wait!

    Dearest Lurky,

Staying with the Star Wars theme, instead of: The Return of The Jedi, could we perhaps have: The Return of Mrs Lurky?

    I live in hope .................

Ps Don't worry Mrs Lurky help is on its way........

    Mrs Lurky,

We shall rise to the challenge, we have the FORCE.

It is a shame that Mr Lurky has gone to the: Dark Side.

Fear not, Yellow Monkey will be here with his icon's soon enough.

    Stay Strong until then.

MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU............
