Here's my Good and Bad for today ....

The Good - Added £1 to my pot ...
Added 5p to change pot ....

The Bad - No CHOCCY bar today .... but i did have a CHOCCY muffin ! ..... Oooooooooooooh and it was soooooooooooooooo yummy ! ....

I went to work this morning and left really early because I was meant to have a blood test at hospital .... but i " skipped " it ...... only because i haven't been very " slack " in taking my daily tablets ! ..... in fact i've forgoten to take them for the last 4 days ! ....... Oooooooops ! ...... So rather than getting " an ear bashing " at hospital yadda.gif i never went ! ..... I feel like a naughty girl playing truant ! ..... So i'm expecting a " slapped wrists " letter in the post tomorrow ! Laie_13.gif ....

I think i've fallen off the moneysaving " bandwagon " today 2.gif ...... but in my defence i did get some mega bargains !

I popped into my local charity shop a couple of doors away from work for my daily " rummage " ..... I got a lovely new " Wallis " black skirt only £3 ...... and fits perfectly ..... pity my figure's not perfect ! ...... Also a gorgeous pair of cerise pink sandals ..... which were new .....for £4 ..... they still had the £30 price labels on them ! ..... Also my daughter had her prom a while back and luckily her nan paid for her gorgeous dress that she wore , but yesterday in the charity shop i found her another gorgeous " prom / ball " type dress it's a very pale pink , shows a bit of cleavage ! no sleeves , floor length .... anyway they had put £10 on it .... very flattering on .... so i got that for her as well ! .... If it had been new i suppose it would have cost at least £200 if not more ..... Bargain ! shopicon_by_obsessivekitty.gif....

So much for me trying to put more money towards my PAD ! ..... I just can't resist a bargain ..... but god knows when the hell i will ever wear the sandals or where my daugter will wear the dress ? ! smacktheheadsmiley.gif .....Just as well that they don't take credit cards in there ! smiley-shoppingspree.gif ....... but hey ho .... i haven't had a mad moment for months ! ....

Anyway enough of my ramblings ....

    Catch you all tomorrow shineysmile.gif...

Terri x kiss-1.gif( My total PAD today is £1.05 )

Terri - i think we all have days where we just need to treat ourselfs, and to be honest by the sounds of it you have got some right bargains!! Im slightly jealous! I think i should start going into charity shops see what i can find. Been really down today thinking "if only we had an extra £30 a week coming in i might be able to afford a few treats every now and then" - but maybe i could get some treats from the charity shops!!

You should really have a look in your local ones ..... you never know what you will find ! 1100784587_1612815315.gif ....

You would be surprised at some of the items that people give away .... alot of the items that our local shops are donated are new and still have the tags attached to them and are very cheap .... although i must admit that not all of the shops are cheap Shop.gif ....
Gone are the days where the charity shops used to smell " musty " when you walk in them ! ..... Well most of them don't ! ....

We have a young girl at work , until she started with us she would not go into any of the charity shops ...... she thought they were full of " old dears " clothes ! rock.gif ..... but she soon changed her mind and now buys loads out of them ..... Thank god she's bigger than me , or we would be fighting over the clothes ! 710_animated_fighting_smileys.gif ....
My mum and dad are quite " trendy " and i've managed to find loads of stuff for them as well ! smiley_twistdance.gif ....
Some days you can find loads of items shopicon_by_obsessivekitty.gif that you can afford or want , other days nothing at all .... but hey ho that's life ! ....

    Happy bargain hunting ....
