    Happy new year everyone!!

I didn't make any payments over the break but have re giggled and re assesed everything so am starting again today with renewed enthusiasm (is that spelt right!!)

so to catch up on all the PAD I missed over teh break and using some of my Christmas money I have made the following.....
£105.92 to Barclay card to clear it :)
£200 to Virgin - now only £435 left so this is my new priority.

Work owe me just over £1K at the minute so I will be clearing Virgin this month and then will tackle Halifax CC. I aim to redo all figures and recalculate DFD by the end of the week and will then also update sig.

Also go a small payrise just before xmas - very small - but will give me an extra few pounds to use for debt clearence every month now - will have it back dated (been fightening since sept for it) this months pay so will use that to pay for car service and MOT (well some of the cost anyway!!)

Hope everyone is having a good day

    thsmiley_snowball.gifth_2bd16a4040f54c5e800180a3e5aaa1f77c7.gif 41689.gif

Ooooooooooh ! I'm a big kid when it comes to snow ...... I love it ! It's great because i start work very early and have to walk to work .....
No other mug is up early enough to leave their footprints in the snow !! 41685.gif ..... So i even walked the " long way " to work and it took me 40 mins !! ......

Oooooooh it was lovely just walking though the " fresh snow " ! 17452.gif

Anyway at work i lined up loads ... and i mean loads ! .....of " snowballs " on a widow ledge and inbetween serving customers i was outside having snowball fights !! 15719.gif ...... I had a great morning!
Unfortunatley it has practically gone now rjmnp4_th.jpg ......
But ......it had better not SNOW again tonight otherwise i will be in real trouble tomorrow 2zxv7s3_th.jpg , when people try to " get me back " ! ;)thsmiley_snowball.gif

  • Thanks tomtombeanie.

I know it doesn't make financial sense to have savings as well as debt. Most people say use the savings to clear the debt BUT if I have a savings acct that pays interest and a credit card that's 0% that I don't spend on, it makes more sense to me to get a deposit saved up seeing as banks want larger and larger deposits now.
