Okay have paid of my Bank of scotland overdraft today £200 as I am going in to see them on Friday re a new account to avoid horrendous overdraft fees before they even start  .
dont know how much else I will be able to pay this month but have a few things on amazon and ebay so we shall see how it goes and I am determined to pay more off.
Happy new year to you all.0 -
Hiya
Hope you're all good today! I'm paying a tenner off today. My dad decided to give me a cheque today for my 40th last month. He's told me to buy myself a dvd recorder which we'd been saving for. I've saved £60 towards it so i'm using a tenner of that money to pay of the cc. Just off to update my signature but I think it means i've paid off £100 since Christmas day xx0 -
Hi and thanks for the welcomes
This will be just the boost I need and I hope to become as addicted as you all seem to be! I need to be.
I started doing PAD on 1st jan 2009 and have put £8.20 in up to date:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Hi, is it ok is I tag along with this? I will aim to make a payment a day but can't guarantee I will being a poor student and in debt to the tune of nearly £20,000. I will do my best though as I really want rid of it.0

I'm joining the P.A.D plan - selected my smallest card (MINT) and will aim to get the £353 cut down as soon as I can.
Just paid £4 (what I saved in taxi fare to a friends house, stayed home instead).Joint debt - £25,090

£4.82 paid today, set up a new standing order type thing to the Sainsburys card.... spent 15 mins trying to get a debit card payment to clear, kept telling me there were insufficient funds (erm, don't think so mate, over £400 in that account!).
Hope everyone is feeling well today
EDIT: Just remembered what else I was going to say
Increased my debt by £30 yesterday, switched the Skycard to a Halifax card (although still showing on two cards atm) as it had 10 months int free on BTs with 3% fee... so switched the Sky as that runs out at the end of Jan and goes up to 19.9%. Will try to PAD that away from my food budget by next pay day'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -
