I've been reading the forum for a while and the advice is really helpful. I'm off to vegas on 8th July as part of a trip round the US. We're flying into new york, then out of baltimore 8 days later to las vegas and the back to london three weeks after that from los angeles - got the flights, all direct for 393GBP with american airlines. Anyway, I want to rent a car but am only 21 so everyone wants to charge an extra $25 a day, does anyone know a way around this or do you know if they always charge it? (i rented a car in iceland and they forgot the underage charge so i kept quiet) The car rental is pretty cheap with carhire3000 at 130GBP a week but would be more than doubled with an underage supplement.

I have received an email from MGM Mirage with discounts for O and Love. For O it's 25% off and strangely, for Love it's 25% or 40% off.

I tried to see if the 25 & 40% were for different dates, but every time I clicked on the link I got an error page asking me to try again or call the box office.

However I have just managed to access the site and it seems that the 25% discount is available for both the 7pm and 9.30pm shows. The 40% is available for both, but not at the weekend. Dates go up to 10 September.

Just thought I'd post to let people know there are discounts out there.

My first Vegas trip is nearly upon me, Tuesday in fact.
As I'm leaving wife and kids at home I'm under strict instruction to stay in touch and was wondering if anyone can tell me if the wi-fi is free in the Imperial Palace.
I'm signed up to TruPhone, worth a look if you have a wi-fi phone.

hello im new on here hope im doing this right

i have already booked to go to las vegas direct from manchester with thomas cook on 17th of may for £700 for 2 people with 20kgs of luggage and no car, thought this was a good deal, BUT been on today and it is £594 for 2 people with 20kgs of luggage and car hire!!!!!! gutted but hope it helps someone

Wi-fi at the IP was $9.99 for 24 hours last year. You don't pay the IP, you pay it online with your credit card.
