I have to say I am a massive fan of the Peppermill for eating but have allways found the fireside to be either stacked full of locals or dead either way it does not give me the Vegas experience that I get at the hotel bars. The drinks though are well priced and strong

That's just silly...there are lot of Fridays and Saturdays in there at $46/night (assuming you stay at least 2 nights).
