    Thanks.
Another question....which hotels have the best lounges.
Didn't do any lounge bars, clubs or bars the last time as we had a 16 year old with us.....so I want to make the most of the entertainment on offer this time round
    Any suggestions.

I like rouge and the other bar by the lifts in MGM and I like the central bar in Wynn those are my faves

    Woo joining the Vegas club.

We got a fairly good deal for myself and the OH in Feb for 7 nights.

Were staying at TI and flying direct from Gatwick..was about 500 each in the end.

Now the hardest part is working out an itinery :rotfl:

That is a good price. TI is great fun and you are probably lucky to be staying there before April, Phil Ruffan will be taking control from April 1st he is the ex owner of the New Frontier, it will be interesting to see what he does with TI, its possible he goes back to all the pirate garb which would be great but it is also possible that he runs it into the ground like he did with the New Frontier.

Lets hope he gets rid of the sirens
I've seen a video of the pirate show before the sirens and IMO its a far superior/entertaining show

The pirate show was brilliant and the sirens is rubbish, lets not forget the entertainment every night at New Frontier, Bikini Bull Riding and mud wrsetling at weekends ;)

God I'm glad I wasn't a Vegas visitor then....I'm not a prude but I think that would have put me off.
I was very dissapointed with the TI show....I know it's for free but you have to stand around for a fair while in order to get a good spot....and for what....My mate gave me a video she's taken about 5 years or so of the pirate show and it was brilliant in comparison with the sh** I saw.....I honestly wouldn't bother again

we still haven't made it, but Voo Doo Lounge at the top of Rio looks to have stunning views.

You can get a free pass here:

And they have one of those great drinks made with dry ice that intrigue me so much. :)

Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

We have eaten a couple of times at the Cheesecake Factory and really enjoyed it. We usually have Steak Diane.

We tried the Grand Lux at the Venetian and both had steaks, but were very disappointed. With so many great places to eat I doubt we will try it again.

The Voodoo Lounge has great views. We went before sunset and it was great watching the lights on the strip come on.

I've just had a look at cityandshow.com Quite tempted by their rates, but note that their cancellation/amendment fees are £30/$50pp plus credit card fees should the need arise.

This is a listing of all Vegas lounges. There is a searchable one somewhere, but I can't find that just now.
