It may be worth pointing out that the 3 months free offer also applies to customers who upgrade from the standard package.
Although you do not qualify for any cashback, 3 months free equates to a price increase of only 3 pence per month over the next 12 months for a faster connection.0 -

Too late for me as can't change to a BT line in time, but hopefully this may help others.

Hi Rob
Have you got the Quidco ticket reference for this reply ?
Many thanks0 -
Hi
I ordered my broadband on Thurs morning via quidco, but it hasn't tracked, the order is going through and I will go live on Friday.
I tried to enquiry with quidco, it shows the date and time when I clicked for the order but I can't enquiry about till Jan 24 after then quidco will make enquiry with o2.
If it fails I will be worse off, cause AOL offered be £6.99 plus Talk 24/7, I refused thought after cash back it will be only £1.50, I don't use phone during day time so it won't matter.
Oh well, lets hope I will get cash back.

I signed up last night, go live on the 20th and Quidco has tracked at £70.0

there was a problem on my line and O2 contacted me for it.
Will this invalidate my quidco cashback?0 -
I too ordered via quidco on 5th Jan. Going live on 13th Jan. No transaction on Quidco and will not let me issue a ticket for the transaction until 20th Jan. Quidco have failed to answer my enquiry. All my other quidco transactions have always tracked including one since the O2 one. Just hope I do not loose out on the £70 ! :mad:0
