I got one of these today form esave which cost £10 it came with 2 sim cards and top up card. Which sim card should I use ?
I have tried both neither have £10 credit on them. The top up card tells me to ring 4444 and activate the card using a 19 digit number and then 5 digit pin which I have done on one of the sim but still no credit.
So rang 4444 again and it asked for a 16 digit number to top up where is that ?
Never used payg sim before what I'm doing wrong ?
I also got 2 sim card s for some odd reason, im using the sim card that was in the pack and the number on my order form. My top up was added within 10 minutes.0 -
Sorry if this has already been asked but if you opt for the Premium £9.79 package and click through Quidco do you qualify to get the first 3 months free as well as the £70 Quidco are paying out or can you only get one or the other??0
-
The free 3 months is from o2, the £70 cashback comes from Quidco so you should get both.0

Please help - trying to sign up via Quidco for the cashback. The O2 site keeps bombing out after I select which package and log into my 02 account. I tried signing in 1st but it still bombs out at the same point.
I'm not sure if it because I created another 02 username which I first signed up for bluebook service.
I tried calling the O2 helpline who claim not an issue with the website.....In the words of Jerry Maguire "SHOW ME THE MONEY"0 -
the details below are a banner at the top of the merchants pages as a quidco exvlusive
O2 Home Broadband have extended £70 cashback until the end of January.
but the Savvy Tips lists
O2 Home Broadband have extended £70 cashback until the 19th January
anyone confirm which is right
On the front page today (19 Jan) it now says:

Why don't you simply read the terms on their website:
Hi
Can you show me where on their website it says this? As I've just received a text and an email to say that I need to top up by £10 by the 21st Jan to keep the o2 customer rate. I first got the sim and topped up on 16th Dec so I'm slightly confused? If I have to top up £10 a month then this won't work out value for money and I'd rather just pay the non-o2 customer price instead. Has anyone else had this?
Advice would be appreciated, thanks

You don't need to top up every month to get the discount.
Why not contact them and ask them why they have sent you this e-mail?0 -
I used the sim card number which was on the esave bill that worked with the o2 sign up.
Quidco £70 worked fine.
No sign of the £7.50 form esave on Quidco and no £10 credit on the 2 sim cards esave sent. I have them both running on spare phones.
Edit £10 credit has been put on this morning at last ( 3 and half days) just need the £7.50 on Quidco and I'm done.
I see the o2 cash back has gone down to £25 =[0 -
Connection day today, old ISP notified me at the back of 11.00 that it was now finished and 02 texted at 11.20 to say their connection was up and running. Just fitted up the wireless router and every running very smoothly. From memory the initial check told me I could get up to 8m, just done a speed test and am getting a very creditable 5m. Happy bunny!0
