DWP employment waiting list

I am having a call tomorrow from Occupational Health, is that usual or is it due to me
letting them know about a specialist appointment? There is no health issue which will affect my job, so presume things should be okay. Anyone else had one before?0 -
I applied for IRC65561 back in Feb this year - following interview in mid march - I received a letter dated 31/03 saying I had been successful and had been placed on a waiting list. After reading comments on here I decided to phone on thursday to see what position I was on the list and was told my paperwork had been passed through for pre appointment checks to be completed. I though this meant that I would be offered a position within the next couple of months but after reading comments on here now I'm not so sure. I did receive an Email yesterday from the team who are carrying out the checks to ask for P60s etc but do they do these checks as routine or am I likely to be offered a job? Very confusing.0

Hi,
The DWP as a whole seems to be very disorganized, so who knows.0 -
I've had one recently, they are quite informal and based on the information you originally supplied on the health form when you originally applied for the role. It's procedural, they have duty and care to their employees, so they need to follow up the form you filled in, this means they are doing their role properly.I am having a call tomorrow from Occupational Health, is that usual or is it due to me

If it's any benefit when I was on a waiting list from last September till recently. I never received notofication to say they were doing pre-recruitment checks. However, when I was successful with another role. I received both a letter and an e-mail to say they were in the process of doing pre-recruitment checks.Hi,

I hope this is of some help!0 -
