Sorry I never got back sooner about the phone number but gather from this post that you have called them now. At least you have some more information but a bit of a pain how it keeps changing!

RE: IRC 60811

They haven't recruited anyone for this IRC just yet. I'm waiting the call, too. Apparently all the successful applicants are with Jobcentre Plus. All of my checks have been done, CRB back and cleared and I'm waiting just like you, my friend.

I take it you're Worcestershire based then? :rotfl:

So nice to see a little flurry of 60811's on here today - we all are in the same position - and I think the concensus is that we should hear something on or after end of this month? I'm Shropshire and on the JC Merit list - forty something - hope we can all celebrate properly soon ...I even told my current employer and the atmosphere has been a little frosty lately!!! certainly would not have done so if I had known what a long wait we were in for...................:o

Jobcentre Plus are still reviewing their staffing situation and future requirements. Hopefully Resourcing will soon be in a position to provide all successful candidates with more information.
I have however checked the merit list for this selection exercise and I can confirm that you are now placed joint 35th and your pre recruitment checks are complete. The vacancy holder has been made aware of all successful candidates that have passed their pre recruitment checks.
Whilst Resourcing administer selection activity on behalf of Jobcentre Plus I should advise that any decisions regarding offers of employment are made by the local business area. I appreciate that you will be disappointed with my response, I do genuinely understand your frustration but regrettably until we receive further information from Jobcentre Plus I am unable to advise as to when postings will be made from the recruitment exercise.

I sent an e-mail requesting info and received the standard reply as above.
61880 is Warwickshire, I presume 60811 is Worcestershire.
Following this thread and hearing everyone elses stories has kept me sane. Thanks xx:A

I agree - end of this month (hopefully - I'm dying to start!)

I'm on the Merit List myself for Shropshire and have just asked where I am on it. Where were your choices in Shropshire? If there's a God we'll be starting together soon!
