Hey, I'm sorry to tell you but it looks like you're one of the few who have been left waiting until after the freeze. They're meant to be looking at everyone in your situation and giving you all start dates before anyone on the new recruitment lists.

There are a few others still waiting, from both 61139 and 61099 (AO and EO) all interviewed in July. I would say hold on and don't give up but I know how disheartening it can be waiting.

Chase them every opportunity you get, email, call whatever it takes to let them know you're still here waiting and not willing to be forgotten about.

i have not heard a thing, i am hoping its just coz im further down the list, but am gona email and vent my frustrations lol, its a shame Katie u didnt know what position u were in tho, might have helped a few of us from fretting lol, will keep u all posted, i got 4 days off this week after only working 1 week lol, but its just aswell i started last week as my car decided to pack up today, more money, ah well had my moan now lol, good luck to every1 who is still waiting xx

What time were you there, I was at the 1:15pm intake on the 19th August.

I THINK mine was the same, the whole day at Old Trafford wasn't exactly handled in the best manner. I was one of the last out around 4pm despite having my paperwork filled out and ready two hours before my actual interview. Not the usual way to spend a birthday!

I got out at that time as well. The last i have heard is that i am 6th on the merit list and just to wait.

Similar to me, I sent a few emails in to resourcing to clarify what was going on but like most I got the usual responses. "Business" will be in contact and those on the merit list for this excercise will be contacted once the freeze lifts

I am just concerned about all the changes happening at the moment in the BDC,s and will that delay or stop the people waiting to be taken on.

I'm not sure, being fairly new here I'm not clued up on what's been happening. I've been looking for alternative work though because I can honestly see this thing dragging

Best to read back a few pages in this thread, there is a link posted about what is happening in the BDC,s, I can't post links or i would re-do it.Good luck to you and hang on in there like the rest of us.
