DWP employment waiting list

I got that letter on the 13th march- apparently i'm just waiting for a phonecall from the line manager for a start date now, so it can take a while...

i received success letter 4th march got a phonecall 20th april to start 11th may.

The four questions they will ask will be related to the competencies detailed in your interview letter eg Tell us a time when you gave excellent customer service, tell us a time when worked in a team etc etc

• Leading through Change – level 1
• Engaging effectively with customers – level 1
• Building constructive working relationships – level 1[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Improving performance – level 1[/FONT]

So what questions will I be asked? I got two interviews - really need help - anyone please?

in my experience it literally was 'can you give me an example of a time you lead/supported a team through change?' and so on through the four competencies. they can also be personal examples instead of work related ones. the interview was very quick, literally those four questions.

Yeah which was earlier in the year and cant remember exactly what I was asked, so was hoping for someone to tell me who had been to interview recently

Also some competencies have changed??
