DWP employment waiting list

:mad::mad::mad:Pay attention guys to anyone that's applied for IRC60535.
I am absolutely livid! Have just called today to chase them up because 2 weeks ago I was told that my checks were clear and should be getting a call from business services in a few days to discuss start dates.
I am now told that Andrew no longer deals with this it's Janice.
Apparently I'm number 59 on the MERIT list. Didn't think that sounded bad thought it would be out of about 300. But she doesn't think I'll be offered a post this time round they won't be going that far down the list. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's disgusting, my employer thinks I'm leaving I am so ANGRY after all this waiting.:mad::mad:
I'm a positive person but honestly if you're on a waiting list just forget about the job that would be my advice and if you're on a merit list and think that's any better you're mistaken.
Was it Andrew Wedgewood by any chance? He was also dealing with my IRC but its now a woman i get everytime i ring. Thats awful news0 -

And i have already been told i should have had a start date by now (people who got there letters AFTER me have been started and yet ive been skipped out). Have you got any advice about who i could speak to regarding this? I spoke to that Louise yesterday and all she could do was get someone to ring me (which hasnt happened yet)....who did u complain to/speak to etc. Thanks in advance! x
I spoke to Louise, and then I got a call back the same afternoon, i'd chase this up with her again today for an update?!
Also, I had 2 people at my JCP chasing it up with the 'business service/local recruiter' side of things - as they knew something wasn't right!
Hope you get something sorted hun, its so frustrating isn't it!!!!0 -

That is exactly the same response I got when I rang on Friday, mine is a different IRC no but it still made me furious.
I don't think they realise how much these jobs mean to most of us and in my opinion they definately have not dealt with the recruitment in a very proffesional manner!!
I have made a formal complaint this morning but I doubt they will even acknowledge it.
We've all put our lives on hold for months waiting for these jobs, Thay make me sick!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:0 -
It's absolutely disgusting. All this waiting. I really don't think it's on I'm thinking about making a complaint.

Never got his surname but I'd like his address. No but seriously I think it's terrible the way I've been treated.
Some of things I was told like about how people on merit lists get posted straight away, I'll be called in a few days. You're all clear you have the job!0 -
