None of my references have been contacted yet, but he said my checks were complete however my current employer did get contacted and they have said it was a reference even though we couldn't put employers down.

thats where im at at the mo all checks complete but they did contact 1 of my references and previous employer, just a waiting game now what number are ya, i was a bit disheartened when they told me i was 97 lol but then found out there 300 positions so fingers crossed

I got my success letter a day after you...nothing since either. Just gotta sit tight and keep reading the forums for info i'm afraid!!

OK - I have just turned in Venus in Furs. Been out shopping and have two missed calls on home phone. Both number witheld which is usually DWP or my mate (and I've checked - it isn't him). So now turning into a paranoid android - wandering about the house with the phone in my pocket, frightened to go back out.

BTW - they don't have a mobile number for me because I changed it just a couple of days before my interview and couldn't remember it when I filled in the forms.

Hahahaha! Glad to know i am rubbing off on some people!! Nowt wrong with a little enthusiasm and anticipation regarding the prospects of a new job! Even if you are imagining the postman into diabetic comas!

Well you know the solution to this.....NEVER GO OUT!!! Well....until you get your start date that is! Chain yourself to that phone!
