Hi i used to work in BDO and we were all on flexi time, so basically you coul start work anytime from 7:30 while 9:30 and finish anytime from 3:30 to 5:00 as lone as you did the rquired hours for the week of course so they were pretty flexible. training hours were diff though, you do have set times then!

how much break were you entitled to?

    cheers.

you could have up to an hours dinner, sometimes id take half hour if id come in late or gone home at 3:30 just to keep my hours up. you were also entitled to 2 15 minute breaks which most people would take at their desk. we woul usually go to kitchen for tea and snack and sit at our desks. it was a relativley relaxed environemtn as long as you were doing your work throughout the day of course!

    Hi,

Well I got my letter this morning. Basically been successful but there are others that match better and i am now on a waiting list. My original answer machine message inviting me to interview said it was for AO position, at end of interview it turns out it was contact officer job!!

Letter states 6 month waiting list, do you think they are likely to keep me waiting THAT long??

Star. did you just phone and ask??
Not sure whether I should be pleased or disappointed with this letter?

Will this success letter only apply for this job or others?? ie, AO position too or is this a whole new interview process?

A waiting list is not always doom and gloom. In some areas it is standard. They liked you ad it is now a waiting game.

If you had of been 'crap and no go' you would not have made the list.
