Get going on that phone, girl. Go hardcore. :D

I've got the JCP I wanted. Quite nearby my flat. I won't go into too much detail here though. But I can walk there quite easily, which is always a bonus in avoiding the hell that is the tube of a rush hour.

Thanks, I will be calling Newcastle first thing tomorrow morning. When you start the job, let us know how it goes. Stay in touch : )

Congrats Lili2008, i have been reading your threads at least your not waiting anymore. At least it does feel like 1 million years just to hear anything. I did the same as you and trust me it does work if you want things moving, you have to be on their case or you will be waiting forever. Hopefully we all won't be waiting to much longer if they can be bothered to pull their fingers out of their ar**e!

    Congrats again

Tell you what though TL, it's worth chasing them. They had me down as having withdrawn interest in the job. How????????????? I have rung Newcastle regularly for the last 3 million years.

Anyway, all's well that ends well. And I've just had my confirming email so it's all real! Not a dream, not a mirage, not an illusion. Actually REAL!!

Awww lili that is the best news I have heard in a long time!! Congrats!!:T:T:j:j:beer:
I bet it feels good to know that all that uncertainty is finally over!

We've all helped each other. Thank gawd for this thread.

But my strong advice is...push them. Cos there comes a time in the waiting process when Something Must Be Done. Patience is all very well but it only goes so far.

Awr...thanks:D. The letter was dated 6 May but there have been stupid delays that really weren't necessary. For each, it's been resolved by me ringing round like a mad woman chasing them, and I've only known how to go about this because of advice from others on here.

Yes, pals coming round shortly, wine will be opened. It may get a bit loud at Chez Lili tonight :D
