The employee services are the recruitment team in Newcastle and there are different teams for each recruitment exercise. You could try calling the numbers on your letters of correspondence and hopefully the person you get through to should be able to help.

Kennington certainly seems to be the slowest of all. I am still waiting to hear about an AO post and I did the interview on 28 April. Someone else was saying the same earlier in the thread.

The interview you had on the 28th April was that for the EO IRC58272??

Guess we all just need to wait a lil bit longer! I find emplyee services very unhelpful and somewhat unprofessional. when I have tried to make enquiries i've been fed different information by different members of staff but I think we should all hear pretty soon!!

My friend received her success letter on thursday for this exercise so letters are definately being sent out. Hopefully you should receive it monday, i can see no reason why not. Good luck xx

ps. I had an AO interview for the same district as yours but have still heard nothing.

Hiya! Could anyone tell me what the training is like for the EO position? I start on thursday, and im a bit apprehensive as to what it will be like! Is it worth reading up on the current benefit system and policy e.t.c?
