Hiya, just wondering if anyone can help...Im currently on the waiting list for an EO position, however ive just been invited to an assesment centre day for an ao position! Im not sure whether to go...as im 36 on the waiting list for the EO position, i have been told that i will be getting a job but i could be waiting absoultley ages. So on this basis i think i will attend the interview for AO... what does everyone else think?

Has anyone had an interview for the AO position since the new competencies have been brought in?

Are you still only asked four questions?

Thankyou to anyone who can help lol

Applying for everything is the approach I've been using. You are in a much better position if you do.

Sorry, can't help on the new competencies.

I've called Scotland Disclosure today and they do not have any trace of a request. What does this mean? Has anyone had this experience? Attended AO interview on the 7th May and not heard anything from DWP.
    Please can someone offer advise.

Hi Naz, as I said in an earlier post, lots of CRBs have been delayed due to the office move. Frustrating innit? I wish I'd sent off mine myself and asked for the reply to my own address.

Make sure you attend every interview that comes up. On the day I had my interview for the EO, I thought to myself, Im on a waititng list for AO didnt really do that great so why bother?I was literally contemplating on not going. My friends told me Id better go, and I got the job!Dont miss out any opportunities.
