Is CSA1 an exact science? (if so where can I get a copy of the formula) -merged-

I didnt ask to be separated from my children, it was imposed. I didnt ask the CSA to make false assessments on fictitious earnings. I didnt ask the CSA to pretend I was living with a relative. I didnt incur any debt under my own free will. I asked for the lawful right to a normal family life, its not up to the CSA to dictate otherwise just because they feel its morally correct to intentionally deprive my children of a paternal family life.
Procreating, interesting choice of word compared to your previous analogy of 'knocking someone up'.The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0 -

Why why why? You don't need a 'draft'. You phone them and outline your issue - they (apparantly) wouldn't action your request for a reassessment and the issue with housing costs.
MP's have a hotline to the CSA and a team dedicated to working on MP complaints. You would get a call from a CRO who would give you their direct line number and keep you up to date. THEY do all the work.
For what it's worth though I'm not impressed that you think it's okay to put yourself on benefits whilst you 'take the time to sort things out'. What do you thing the rest of us do when we have issues with CSA and work? This is all sortable and could have been sorted months ago.
And I'm sorry but when it all boils down to it..you are in a relationship with a woman who is carrying your baby and earning £58k - you are hardly going to be going hungry 3 days before giro day now are you0 -
Mothballed, as already mentioned you have to exhaust all the agencies in built appeal procedures before it is even worth considering anything else.0

I dont know why kelloggs made that comment.
I could have afforded to pay 30% CSA for my children. It would have been hard but made easier if the CSA played by its own rules on CSA1.
I cant afford to pay 52% CSA to pay ex wife and jobless boyfriend to go on a 2 week jolly in the Caribbean. The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0 -

Agree 100% with you there. preparing case docs now, asked for CSA files researching the law etc.. lots of irons in the fire. Lots of avenues opening up.The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0 -

Hang on...first of all you don't want to go to your MP as they can't get redress and want to 'throw money at a lawyer' and now you DO want to go to your MP and exhaust ICE etc.

Weve never smoked, dont know about sky, I only know about the holiday because an ex farm employee's wife works in their travel booked it and recognised her walking into the shop. I think her boyfriend drinks & smokes, is that related to CSA?The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. Dealing with things by phone is deffo not my forte. Some say im a country-bumkin farmer come bus driver because swear alot and my phone etiquette is not noted for politeness, its unsuitable for conversing with the CSA let alone an MP especially if the conversation becomes contentious. My writing style is much sweeter. The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0
