Is CSA1 an exact science? (if so where can I get a copy of the formula) -merged-

The figures aren't adding up that he is giving.

    Show me the arithmetic.
The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.

I used to earn a lot more five years ago than my girlfriend does now. I dont need caribbean holidays.

No need to be bitter then eh?

    Because neither are working.

dates to straddle his fortnightly signing on day and it was obvious to the travel agent what he was doing.

Nothing illegal in that. As I have said, they could have taken a loan or bought a scratchcard - none of your business actually and good to see that your friend's wife has good client confidentialty.

Its very illegal - and you know it.

And its interesting to see you think its allright for a PWC and boyfriend to commit benefit fraud by living together. Signing on JSA and going on a Caribbean jollies is not exactly a condition of the jobseekers agreement I have sitting on my desk right now.

I have plenty more where that came from. If i am the A$$hole some make me out to be I would be grassing them up tonight. I'm giving it all to CSA lawyer anyway, Ive held onto it because this might just get my kids back. I dont see why they should live life of Riley while i have to suffer at the hands of CSA incompentence.

Travel agents arent stupid, and the dont have the same statutory duty of confidentiality as doctor-patient confidentiality.

You're not giving your money to a lawyer - you're claiming legal aid..or is it your girlfriend paying? Sorry, I'm getting mixed up with the stories you are telling.

Grass her in then. Why not? You've nothing to lose

And I reiterate - you've not suffered with a g/f who is a high earner.

Perhaps you should have put your last 2 months internet connection towards buying new shoes

I doubt a travel agent would have any knowledge of an individuals signing on date. It isn't illegal to go on holiday abroad whilst unemployed either - there are just some limits over what can be received during that time.

The travel agent is not exempt from the DPA, and therefore your 'friend' has abused her position of trust and it could well create her more problems than she bargained for.

There are a number of options suggested to me, I havnt selected one so I have no idea where you get the idea that I have made a claim for legal aid and selected a lawyer paid by my giirlfriend. You are just messing now and it is not contructive.

I am not (yet) set up to rehouse my children. My bedsit is unsuitable. Social services will come to me as their biological father when they are arrested for benefit fraud, dealing in contraband, trading as unlicenced minicab, mobile mechanic (his van is outside the house every night) et-al.. I understand this carries a custodial sentance on conviction.

High earner? I earned a lot more than she does. I once had my own freehold farm. My childrens young memories are based on working the farm, from riding with me in the the cab of the Combine during harvest, driving tractors etc during summer. Thats not to mention the confortable lifestyle they enjoyed. Ex traded it all in for what? a cigarette bootlegger who is a dole cheat living in squalor. I never mentioned this because its nothing to do with CSA except these jonsworths insist ex and children are living alone. I dont like my children being exposed to all this and thats why i have called in outside help which brought me to this forum.

I admit i buried my head in some deluded belief the CSA will eventually fix their problems as I asked. I waited more than a year for nothing and now the CSA admits they have done nothing since the day I sent my appeal letter in summer 07. I wasnt to know how the CSA works.

Its a wireless connection run by another roommate in the building and used with permission. I have an internet connection. an impertinent comment.

I suggest you check your facts before giving advice. If someone on JSA goes abroad on holiday, nothing can be received, because they have to sign-off and close the claim.

To get JSA, you are saying you are available for work in the UK immediately, as in, 'I can attend a job interview in half an hour'.

I'd like to know what you base your 'advice' on.

My statement is correct - read it again.

Your statement says it's not illegal to go abroad - true - but it also implies JSA can still be received - not true.
