Is CSA1 an exact science? (if so where can I get a copy of the formula) -merged-

Some say im a country-bumkin farmer come bus driver because swear alot and my phone etiquette is not noted for politeness, its unsuitable for conversing with the CSA let alone an MP especially if the conversation becomes contentious. My writing style is much sweeter.
So how are you going to converse with a lawyer - smoke signals?!
Okay, so you email your MP as despite you saying you don't have a pot to p!ss in, you are still able to pay for internet access it would appear.0 -

So its allright for my ex to put herself on benefits to avail herself the exclusive use of the house and have the CSA scew my life up.
But its not OK for me to claim benefits just to survive on the minimum income the law allows me.
The CSA doesnt allow me the minimum income threshold but the dole office does. The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0 -

So you are listening to gossip and making assumptions. How do you know it was YOUR CSA monies that paid for the holiday - perhaps she had a win on the scratchcard, perhaps she is in hock for the next 5 years...who knows
I'm sure with your new life that you will not be going short of a holiday or 20 -

You need to focus on what is important here and that is not the morality of all this.
All your energy should be spent on getting a fair deal regarding the rules that exist, not the ones you wish did.0 -

Yes. That's mature - she's doing it so I will. She has a full time job petal and it's called being a Mum.
The CSA would have got this sorted if you gave the chance instead of sitting for months thinking woe is me....you have done nothing to sort this out before now. You've not even put in an appeal.0 -

Your employer is only supposed to take earnings above protected income, ie employer should have given you £246pw.0 -

Lizzie...he's been told this. He won't listen.
The figures aren't adding up that he is giving. Something is not right with the things he is saying and there is alot of suspect in the figures he is giving.0 -

Because neither are working.
No gossip, the holiday information was volunteered. They dont know I know. Ex is on CSA and has never worked, her b/f is signing on as living with his parents. Their Dominican Republic holiday last year was rebooked with new dates to straddle his fortnightly signing on day and it was obvious to the travel agent what he was doing. He stood out because he paid cash. The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0 -
