I would just go steal what I want from the store if I was owed money by them (which lets be honest, you're never going to get back). Just don't get caught!0

I agree but if they owe you say £30 to make it worth while you need to swipe about £60 worth, it's what they deserve. Rob em blind.I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left. :rolleyes:0

If you stole something and passed in vouchers as you left would it really be stealing? If they are open for business surely they should be honoured. Would the police even be bothered?
I can understand a closed business but not an open one. That's disgusting.
We also told family not to buy vouchers at all this year (they wanted to buy us Hamleys for our february trip to the city). I said it was too dodgy to buy any vouchers at all.0 -

I have noticed on their new terms and conditions for returns it states that they will not pay any difference between the price you paid and the replacement item (if you got a replacement for a faulty item) but then in the next clause it say that the customer will have to pay the difference for an replacement item that was of higher value than the original item.

walk in, pick something of the same value, walk up to the counter and give them vouchers, walk out.
the staff woulnt give a monkeys and i doubt they can call security0 -
Hold on, i hardly think thats fair. Its not the Staff's fault the company is going down the toilet, dont make their job worse than it already is.
If its only £10, then dont get too upset, if its £50 then follow the advice on the site and expect a refund.0 -
