So what are you saying basically If i want to learn i should just go and learn and not look for any help or a student loan?
After all i can work so why do i need help?
Did i get that right now?0 -

No, I'm not.
I said:
Depending on circumstances it is possible to get a loan for part time study - well, studying an ITT course part time, it is possible to get a loan. It is also possible to get a career development loan. Obviously it depends on your circumstances whether or not you would be entitled to a loan for part time study.
I said:
There are also grants available if you're on certain benefits.
This isn't wrong either.
Now, the OP may not be entitled to a loan as a part time student, but I never said he was. I was merely pointing out that it is possible to get a loan whilst studying part time, depending on circumstances. There is something delicious about writing the first words of a story. What level of course are you planning to take?
I'm sorry, I try not to pick people up on their spelling and grammar, but the above is atrocious (I can't help but think intentionally so).Gone ... or have I?0 -

I’m really sorry to confuse you but believe it or not, I’m also dyslectic and normally use MS Word for the spell check (it helps…) i just thought you can see beyond my spelling…
If you really want I’ll be happy to call you and explain it all J0 -

What we are trying to make clear is the actual help that will be available to you as a student.
Don't you agree it makes sense to make yourself fully aware of how your choices today may affect your future plans?
Nobody is saying you are not entitled to study but rather it won't be as lucrative as you think.
Good luck to you if you go for it.0 -
If you are dyslexic, enquire at your local Adult Education College, or Community College, or People's College, whatever it's called in your area.
There is help available with dyslexia.
I know about this problem - my eldest GD struggled all the way through school because of undiagnosed dyslexia. She's doing well now, though.
Look in the phone book for adult education courses - they'll be open again next week or early in January - and do something about your dyslexia BEFORE you think of embarking on any other courses.
