    thanks,

I checked with LHA site and depending on the borough and age i can get 260 in one borough and 178 in another

You cannot get LHA if you are a student.

your talking about support yet say that you dont need the JSA £60 but yet your are trying to find out how to get the most rent.
And you are also saying that you want to get everything back that you have paid in. Well that is not how it works. What you have paid into society will fund you when you are a pensioner and eligable for the winter fuel grant and various other amounts of money.

If you want to study , go study, if you want to work find a job. Why try and work out what borough pays the most LHA? Can you afford to pay for a flat once you are no longer able to get LHA? What about the council tax when you are no longer a student? And the bills?
    Can you manage all that?

Ok, what i’m trying to do is learn for next 12 months and while i do that i would like to get support with rent and funding uni.

So far i know i can get a student loan and help with rent (as i mentioned earlier..) but also thought i need to sign to apply for these benefits, but if i don’t need to sign i don’t whant to take the money although anything is nice by if it’s not mine, so no thanks!

If you think you can advise me better, please do and i mean it in a positive way.

University students do not qualify for LHA.

Your student loan is supposed to help you with accommodation costs etc.

You may have to re-think your financial strategy!

if your a student then I dont think you can apply for JSA.
Maybe Income support in certain circumstances but you would have to check that out.

Full time students cannot claim JSA. Part time students can, but may be sanctioned if they are unwilling to give up their course to take up employment.

Income support is only available for single parents and the disabled.

Perhaps you need to be more specific when asking questions? People can only provide answers according to the information you give.
