well, is "nextStep" a good place to start getting advise?

Yes - I used to be a Nextstep adviser, which is why I suggested it to you on your other thread. On the other hand, they won't help you to fiddle benefits!

If you study full time at degree level you'll be eligible for a Student Loan and possibly a maintenance loan depending on household income. You can find details on www.direct.gov.uk

You can't claim JSA, LHA or IS unless you're a lone parent or have a disability.

You surely didn't think that you could claim over a thousand a month for housing and also JSA whilst you were at university? Did you think everyone got that? Gawd help the poor bloody taxpayer!

If you are looking to rent you should look at what you can afford to pay yourself on your student loan or wages when working and, if you get some help, then that is a bonus. If you choose to remain unemployed and go for the most expensive place you are "entitled" to with LHA you may find yourself in the trap of not being able to afford to take a job. (if you can find somewhere that accepts "DSS" in the first place and you have your £2k+ bond up front.

If you want to get into the real Uni feeling maybe look at Halls of Residence - think you are looking about £60 per week and most students top up their grants/loans with working part time.

You clearly have used a public service, unless you were privately educated? Have you never used the NHS?

You start by deciding what you want to do, and then asking specific questions.

So you have never received public services.

where you born in a private hospital
where you treated by private doctors
where you given a private education (though I doubt that if you left school at 14)

Who is to even say you can get into Uni, maybe you will have to do an adult return to learning course first (usually at college) then go onto Uni.

Im sorry but you really do come across as someone who is just trying to drain the coffers.
Whats the matter? Are you bored on christmas eve ....?
