Once again i would like to thank all of you.
a student loan to help pay for my studies while i work part time and study part time would be nice.
I think i can stop looking for a full time job and maybe even go self employed now.
So i will stop signing for JSA and will not look for housing benefits, but still rent for 260 where i like regardless to the benefits.

Thank you all for the advice, you saved me a lot of time. :j

You will find that to be successful in any kind of advanced study, you require the ability to read and understand information. You clearly lack this skill, along with the ability to budget (you will not be able to afford that level of rent whilst working part time!). Good luck, I fear you are going to need it!

    you do that then!
I work part-time and I know for a fact that I could not afford £260 a week in rent.

It may be 'nice', but AFAIK you can't get a student loan for part-time study.

It has already been made clear that you cannot get a student loan to pay for part-times study. I am wondering if you are being obtuse on purpose in order to wind people up.

Don't know if this info is useful?

Depending on circumstances it is possible to get a loan for part time study. There are also grants available if you're on certain benefits.

Student finance don't give loans for part-time study; they offer a grant if your income is low enough but it doesn't quite cover the tuition fees and is not enough to help with living costs.

As the OP is single, he would need to be able to support himself with his part time wages and yet would need to be on a pretty low income to qualify for the full grant.

Catch 22 as I see it - earn enough to pay the high rent and you won't get any help with fees, OR, don't earn enough to cover your rent and you may get help with fees but will get evicted!

There are career development loans but they are maybe not the best source of undergrad funding, even if you can get one.

There are other sources of funding (grants usually) but they are aimed at certain students and often have strict qualifying criteria, and are highly sought after.

If you study PT you can only get a £250 grant if you receive certain benefits or are on a low income
