I miss read obviously!! My boyfriend is like 5 ft 11 or something, hes about 13/14 stone. He eats loads though, i think when he gets old and the metabolism slows down he will have to watch it.
He will complain hes fat all the time though, then he'll have a massive meal, a pie with cream for pudding and then 10 minutes later wants a yougurt. I could murder him sometimes!!
I used to do that too - moan and then just eat loads but i'm determined to stick to eating right (and smaller portions) and doing exercise!
I could murder a pie with loads of cream though!!!0 -
A masters? We havesome really clever peeps on this thread:D fab:D
Off to take the library books back and see what happens for the rest of the day, got really fed up last night and started snapping at OH for no particular reason apart from being bored, feel useless without a job and hate the predictability of each day:rolleyes: think positive and one day things will change:D if this keeps up I know OH disagrees because we need the money I am off to volunteer, at least it gets you out and something to plan your day around rather than endless housework:rolleyes:
Turns out my sis has lost her job also to the credit crunch, no money to pay her and she has taken to do the weirdest things, I rang her up and she was polishing her brass door knobs that apparently when do correctly take up to three hours to do!! I haven't got any...fortunately ha ha0 -

Morning everyone, didn't post yesterday as was at an aution freezing my butt off all day! Loads of tat for sale but did get a nice Lorna Bailey dog and some wine, didn't get the microwave which was new and boxed, but I am sure the final price was higher than it would be to buy in the shops! I dropped out before then though!:p
I was good and took a packed lunch with me and felt very virtuous when everyone else was buying hot sausages in rolls and bags of crisps from the tea corner:T
I am digressing though so here is my plan for today:
Breakfast - bacon and eggs (free) plus a satsuma and apple (free)
Lunch - Leftover bits from the fridge including a bit of chilli and a bit of pasta bake and a bit of soup. Will just mike the whole lot and pretend I got it off a hot buffet :rotfl::rotfl:(all free)
afternoon snack - a couple of alpen lights with my coffee (HEB & HEA is milk during the day in my drinks)
Dinner - again using up loads of almost empty bags of stuff but from the freezer this time! So will be putting into my Remoska - some frozen peas, frozen mushrooms, cooked and shredded frozen chicken, some bits of frozen chopped up ham, frozen pepper slices, frozen onion slices. Will add a couple mugs of water and a mug of long grain rice. Put iin soya sauce when its done and dish up to the family whilst pretending is is a recipe I got from a magazine.:D This will all be (free) however they will have some grated parmeson on theirs also. Actually I could too and syn it although it is Friday night and I may just have a glass of wine, will decide later!
This has turned into a bit of ramble hasn't it- sorry for the long post!
Love

I've been wondering does everyone have a final target for their weight loss? I haven't set myself a final one, just to lose 10% so far but I know I should lose more than that. Would like a big target to work towards and have either 42lbs (which appeals to my appreciation of the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy!) or 25% of my original body weight in mind. Both would put me just in a healthy bmi. Any opinions?0

Going to join a gym tomorrow morning, haggled nicely over the membership cost and joining fee and got a cracking deal. I can take my kids swimming there free of charge at the weekends so I'm well happy. Also found the foodfocus website that people were mentioning, I love it so much at least 5 of my friends are registered with it now because I kept talking about it. It's surprising how many calories I 've been stuffing down my throat each day without realising it and wondering why the weight was going on.
I've decided to stop using the Slimming World way, I need to learn to serve up a 'normal' sized portion not stuff myself on free foods like pasta (I have no self control at all!). I like being aware of what I've put into my body and what I need to do to earn a little treat.
There's no going back now, I want to be slim by the summer and somehow I think I'm going to do it this time.DMP mutual support number 199Debt free in [strike]2025[/strike] 2018 (hopefully a lot sooner!):j Smokefree since 10pm 2/7/08 :jBaby no.3 due 29/04/20110 -
simbalou I love food focus too its really helpful and the fact its free is even better. Which gym? if its a chain I'd love to know, I'm more into swimming my self but swimming membership is £19 a month which I think is a tad pricey for just swimming, must be because its Surrey darling hehe.
Anyways have done 102 minutes on the Wii Fit this morning 13 min distance run, 30 min free step and 19 minutes of random stretching and balance. I'm also reporting a 2lb loss this week so am dead chuffed specially as this means I've hit my first target to get my BMI under 29So I should be all good for my IVF
Onto my next target now... 12.10st. According to food focus if I keep on at this rate I'll be there 6th March woohoo!Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Hiya Somnium, it's LA Fitness that did the deal, it could be cheap because I'm in little old Lincoln but the gym is lovely. Well done on the weight loss, I'm struggling at the moment but refuse to give up.DMP mutual support number 199Debt free in [strike]2025[/strike] 2018 (hopefully a lot sooner!):j Smokefree since 10pm 2/7/08 :jBaby no.3 due 29/04/20110
