Hi all just updating I managed to get a bike.In my lunch hour went intown to get a shirt for my son from Sports Direct and came out with a mountain bike,I thought it was a bargain RRP was £129.99 reduced down to £50.00.So I have no excuse my kids will have me out on it at the weekend.I have not been on a bike for about 15 years ,so local park first. I have been on the wii everyday this week so far.I go on once I have taken kids to school and before I start work.I can only do 20-30 mins but better than what I did before (nothing).

nmm unwittingly joined you in the HHA. Brisk fat burning walk for 30 mins. Glad I'm not the only one needing sodge and sugar today. Haven't had a "proper" chocolate bar for nearly three months (although have been managing with small rationed squares of choc and kit kat type things)and hadn't wanted one till the woman I work with started mentioning the price of them today. It's all I've been able to think of since before lunch!!!!

Thanks for the company Vixstar :j Hope you enjoyed your walk, or is it blowing a gale and raining like here? Chocolate is one thing i'll never give up, i don't smoke or drink so its my only guilty pleasure :rotfl:
