Just in from the gym - new trainers seem very comfy. I would say they are quite a neutral fitting, with quite a good insole.
Did:
20 mins treadmill on alpine walk
10 mins on bike whilst doing hand weights
10 mins on cross trainer
80 sit ups on ball
15 minutes boxing training with trainer - his latest obsession!
Feel nice and achy now!
L xNO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -

Thanks guys!Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
Woohoo, this weeks chart and some great losses!
Annie - you are this week's SOTW with 5.5lbs(sorry forgot to highlight this on the chart before copying over): all the more impressive as it wasn't a 'first week weigh in'. Special mention to close followers: debaz(5),delly,mozza,nmm,sarymc.
But lets not forget to, to those who lost 1lb - that is still great and a lb a week is 2st in 6 months.
pink highlights mean new members this months. Of those 'lilacked' (starting over) granny gets the honours:T , closely followed by FFM.
If I have left anyone out, I am so sorry, [please let me know straight away.
And everyone check out the 'totals lost' at the bottom...I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
BB, thanks for the chart and the 'mention' - I've never had a 'mention' before. :j
I celebrate my 1st year of reaching my original 'target weight' on Monday 19th January. Although I am now maintaining at 7lbs lower than my original target that was the date I felt I had finally succeeded.

Beanie, time flies when you're having fun
Being on here has really helped me, I wonder if I would still be 'maintaining' if it wasn't for you guys? Or, would I have lost my focus? I did it before and then fell off the wagon.
