Lose Weight 24

2.5lbs loss for me this week so have now lost the 1lb I put on over Christmas plus another 1.5lbs:j .
Hoping to get 2lbs off this week then will be down into the next stonage !!!

Not my best week as my sister came down from up north and we went out for lunch (hadn't seen her since early 2008) and it was so cold saturday - snowed here. Not as much exercise either - excuses now done

GAINED 0.6lbs

Back in the zone now I know what put on the weight and will endeavour to do better this next week.

Congrats to all losers in this freezing time of year ( unusual for us southerners usually quite mild)

Went out for a jog last night, I've found a handy football pitch that is completely enclosed so I let Shadow have a run too while I ran around. Felt good

Hello All,

Newbie here hoping to lose a couple of stone!!

g/f split with me a month ago and have decided to take up running (which makes me feel good!!) and have gone from 15 stone 12 to 15 stone 5 in 2 1/2 weeks which i'm pleased about (i'm 6 foot 1).

I'd like to update my progress on here if that would be ok?

I've gone down with a snotty cold, and by golly is it giving me the munchies! I'm desperately trying to ignore it, but I did go over my calorie count yesterday, so today is going to be a better day. I woke up this morning and my back went 'twang!', and as I was bent over my 2 fast asleep sons trying to wake them, I couldn't stand upright again! It's eased off now, but I was in quite a bit of pain, and I was really worried my back had 'gone' again. About 7 years ago I had about 3 months of it being really bad.

So, no HHE for me, but the diet will continue to be healthy, and restricted.

Right, late for the schoolrun - gotta dash!
