Sorry, been doing a bit of lurking but no posting. Bit of a tough weekend and work is just impossible!

    1lb loss

Not much but not so long ago it would of been a gain!;)

2lb loss for me this week

My oh my, 3 days eating, 2 weeks dieting and 2lb out of 3lb come off, was it worth it? Yep:D

My body water is 7% more than it states for my age, missy/ffm should I be worried? The bone density, body fat, BMI is all fine and the weight for my height ratio but the water is not, if I drink one more hot bovril during the course of the day I will explode or is it that? I drink too much?

Just going to have breakfast and off on the wii, already dressed for it, little one has already gone to extra maths at school so there is no reason to put it off to later, aerobics here I come and I AM going to step faster than she does:D

ffm did you notice in each commercial they had the lipobind when Anne diamond was on? Googled it and there are lots of pros and many cons, might ask my doc about it...

Good morning everyone, thick thick fog here today - hope it clears away cause I have to take Charlie to the groomers this morning and that trip includes traversing the M25 plus some narrow country lanes! Please let the sun come out!

Here is my eating plan - EE again. I have stuck to my plans pretty good this week so far. I always eat everything on the plan, it is just the extras in the evenings that do me in!:D

Breakfast - egg, bacon & leftover mash fried with onion, 1 tblsp ev olive oil (free, free, heb)

Lunch - Homemade leek and potato soup (free) - may also have SW chilli in jacket potato if I get home in time to make it! (free)

Dinner - Chicken breast stuffed with garlic/quark mixture and wrapped in bacon and served with carrots, green beans and mashed potato. (free)

milk in drinks will be my (hea)

I will have some nuts and raisons tonight as nibbles (10 syns). I have started drinking sugar free tonic water with ice and a slice in the evening. Tastes just the same as the version with vodka in it (almost;))

    Love
    Marion

  • Am sort of pleased to report a STS this week. Sort of pleased as we had friends over for dinner on Saturday and it turned into an epic night, and out to a dinner on Sunday - both nights with wine when I don't normally drink so a sts is good in my book!
Fab news on all the great losses reported so far this week!

Hello Vix. medium-smiley-083.gifA usual face here. Are you going to publish your dissertation on here when it's finished? As we all did your survey (how long ago was that?) and we've been [strike]moaning at you to get on with it [/strike] encouraging you every step of the way I think we should get to see the finished article.

ha, erm, id rather not. Its not very good and it shows how thick i am, how the whole thing has lost all direction, that the author really doesnt fully understand the subject and im sure many other negatives. Plus, that questionnaire changed slightly, to the point where some questions stayed and the rest made up so that it was easier for me to do the analysis on. But cset la vie, who needs a degree anyway!!!! Hope youre well though granny, nice to see you again!

vix it says if you don't go to the rhythm your steps don't count:confused: I will try going to my own tomorrow and see, she goes so sloooooooow:D

It counted them for me. Well she said lets aim for 2500 steps when i last did the 30 min one. I really cant remember my final score but it was more than 2500 i know that much.

    Good morning everyone

Hello to the newbies,it's so nice to read everyones motivations.
DS slept last night:j And he's still sleeping:rolleyes: I decided to leave him since we've had such a rough few days-I wanted to take him to playgroup for 09H30, but oh well. They only end at about 12 so I may get to take him yet. Otherwise I don't know what I'll do with him today, the mist is also very thick here this morning.
I hopped on the scale this morning just to take a peek ( I know, naughty naughty-but I did everything the same as if it were Saturday) and I've lost quite a bit:D I won't say how much incase it's different on Saturday and then you all say "I told you so".

I hope you all have a wonderful day today.
