Went for the easy option tonight and did Core Stability, although i did hoover the whole house today so i guess that counts too

HHA Result: 25 mins RC Toning, followed by about 5 mins skipping in the dark garden
5 minutes was enough, I do trip up alot though. With double jumps I got to 97 before tripping up, probably my best since growing up.

I have the body fat % of a 40-59 year old!! haha. Trouble is im a pear shape, proper hardcore pear, i couldnt look more pear unless i had that sprouty bit at the top sticking out of my head.
Then theres me onto raph about clubbing at 25, whos the old one now eh!!

Standing Up
Inner Thigh Toner – Holding onto a chair, extend the inside leg forwards and across the body then back again. Keep your hips square. Do 10, then turn round and repeat with the other leg.
Outer Thigh Toner – Raise the outside leg to the side, keeping your hips square and toes pointing forwards. Lower the leg, and repeat. Do 10, then turn round and repeat with the other leg.
Bottom Toner – Face the chair and raise one leg behind you, keeping the leg straight and squeezing your seat as you raise. Lower the leg, and repeat. Keep your tummy tight, hips square and your back straight throughout. Do 10 then repeat with the other leg.
On Floor
Front Thigh Toner – Support yourself on your elbows. One leg is bent and the other is extended on the floor. Raise the extended leg to the level of the bent leg., then lower the leg. Do 8-10, then repeat with the other leg.
Bottom Toner – Lie on your front with your head resting on your hands. Raise one leg straight up and down, squeezing your seat as you raise. Keep your hips pressed into the floor throughout. Do 10-12, then repeat with the other leg.
Back of Thigh Toner – Still resting your head on your hands, bend one leg and push the heel towards the ceiling, extending the leg slightly as you do so. Do 10, then repeat with the other leg.
Outer Thigh Toner – Lie on your side and bend both knees. Raise and then lower the top leg, keeping it bent. Make sure the hips are square and the knees and toes face forwards. Do 10-12, then roll over and repeat with the other leg.
Inner Thigh Toner – Still lying on your side. Place the foot of the top leg flat on the floor behind the bent lower leg. Raise the bottom leg as high as possible, keeping it slightly bent and making sure your hips remain square. Lower the leg, and repeat. Which you can usually pick up for 50p at charity shops or boot fairs - the photos of the exercises do help work out what you should be doing.

Hello! Well done for all the weight everyone is losing!
I'm just dropping in to report that I woke up with very sore calves from jogging yesterday and only managed about 20 mins cycling this morning. However, this evening I did my resistance band workout for about 20 mins so now I've had quite enough for one day - ouch!
Eating wise, not too good. I ate far too much bread at breakfast and lunchtime because OH brought me a massive lovely baguette home last night and I hate waste so I felt under pressure to eat lots of it before it went stale! By the afternoon I was feeling so stodgy after having bread with my breakfast and bread with my soup at lunch, that I was seriously craving some veggies. Pleased to report I had no bread at all for tea!0
