    been to work today so thats my exercise (running around the shop floor!!)
    and I'm def commando training tomorrow morning and yoga starts on monday!

    Can't wait for the yoga!!!!I'll report back in the morning!

    Thanks for joining me tagz :) i have 4 dvd's, what can i say i get bored easily hehe. Well it wasnt too bad actually, got a bit sweaty but thats the whole point, it has 10 mins warmup, 20 mins cardio basically 6-8 moves but added seperately, so you do the first one then 1st and 2nd, then 1st 2nd and 3rd and so on..... 10 mins legs and bum, then 10 mins belly and cool down. Vicky says i'll ache tomorrow, i'll wait and see :rotfl:

    HHA Result: 50 mins WOW dvd

    I really like the Davina one, although its old now, but i guess her new one would be pretty good too, might have to update my collection ;) There seems to be 2 types, either dancing or boxing, it depends what you like. I really like the boxing/kicking ones, i go all karate kid with them :rotfl:

    FFM if you find skipping with the rope tough, do the actions without it, its good enough for Davina and Vicky.

    And thanks for the advice think I'll use the 42lbs as a "big" target but will break it into smaller ones to keep me motivated.
    Beanielou, I'm with you with the no HHA but its's good to have a day off and I'm aching from the rest of the week!
