Also OT...As of today I am debt freeOnwards & upwards
There certainly is a Gala, I don't know the name of the street but it's near Free School Lane (where the library is and and the back of the Waterside centre)
Well done on being debt free too, I can only dream of that day at the moment
Also wanted to report a 1lb loss again this week. I'm not giving up, I'm stepping it up a gear this week with the gym so hopefully be more next week.DMP mutual support number 199Debt free in [strike]2025[/strike] 2018 (hopefully a lot sooner!):j Smokefree since 10pm 2/7/08 :jBaby no.3 due 29/04/20110 -

x-raph debt free now that is worth celebrating:D
Did Wii for an hour yesterday and HHA for 30 mins ,happy with that but today I ache, that is the price you pay, ache and tired because little one had a sleep over and would they shut up for one second and go to sleep? NMM : with you on the choc, don't smoke or drink either so as the Post Mistress from Candelford would say Choc is my only weakness. I only eat the good stuff though so always have some in the house and if I have kept to a reasonable food intake for the day i have a piece or two around 9pm.
VixStar : I am not sure either really how much to lose BMI or otherwise. Having lost just over 2st and having bought clothes etc that fit well and look good I am trying maybe to lose another stone slowly and make sure I never put those two stones on again.
Have been v busy at work which is helping greatly as keeps my fingers occupied and working in an openplan office with men (who don't eat much all day) no one to lead me astray. Actually the two directors have both just hit 40 and are always going to the gym and there always seems to be a lot of fruit consumed and my boss would rather have a fag and a pint of beer than food! There is no culture of cakes etc at 11am - thank goodness!0 -
Ok am really feeling the last few days of excercise now, my calves are aching so much am contemplating buying some deep heat or something similar! Started the day with a 40 min dog walk to the paper shop, OH was dead chuffed to find he had a paper to read when he finally emerged from his pit! Am going shopping later this afternoon, debating buying another set of weights to use on the Wii Fit, already using wrist weights so these would be for my ankles.Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

MMm, I wonder what you might save for first :think:I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Reporting a 0.8lb gain this week on 12404 calories. I would normally blame it on the box of choc indiscretion last Saturday, but my Tanita scales say I have lost 0.4lb fat and gained 1lb muscle (other variations in water %) - I shall do a more thorough analysis later and see if I believe it - I've never really monitored fat/muscle loss/gain, I've always just looked at the overall weight.
If the fat loss muscle gain is correct I can only put it down to the recent HHA's, which have mostly been Rosemary Conley Toning exercises - the intention was to tone up and lose the 'wobble', so if it is right I'm a happy monkey.
I managed to get Nell McAndrew's Ultimate Challenge DVD for £1.50 from a charity shop this morning. I will be going to another charity shop this afternoon, so I'll have another look see if they have any different ones.
Off shopping now, so TTFN
