Muscle is heavier than fat, so the gain is not too bad, must be the HHA's :T Bargain on that DVD i'm sure it's still £12 at Amazon, be careful though the Nell McAndrew one nearly killed me :rotfl:

Didn't get a chance to post earlier but I did a 2.5k run this morning and then fast walked for 3.75 k. Didn't run the usual 5k as two friends were still feeling a bit off after having the flu. I'm planning on doing about 45 mins on the crosstrainer later - not sure when as I need to scrub the kitchen floor and let it dry before I can get on it (it's in the kitchen!). FFM what a great find! We used to have a load of charity shops around here but they have nearly all closed down.
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

Well the sun did come out and Charlie and I had a lovely walk in the park this morning. When we went into the park he was all white and fluffy and still smelling faintly perfumed from his grooming session on Wednesday. When we left he was covered in mud, totally bedraggled from running around with his little doggy friends, smelt of fox where he had rolled in their muck, and had a huge grin on his face:D Bless!

I did a MMA session this afternoon in the front room and sorted out a huge Ikea unit that has had everything stuffed into it for the last 5 years or so and moved a few bits of furniture around. Worked solid for almost 2 hours and got very red faced but must have burned off a few calories!

Looking forward to my pasta bake now which is almost ready to eat!

    Love

I had a bad hypo this afternoon so had to have choc, had 2 squares of 70% dark choc, 3 plain digestives wholemeal biscuits and a mini pack of milk choc digestives adds up to around 450 cals extra, normally would have given up and let the day keep on that track but now with the wii fit thought no, will get rid of the extra cals so did 1 hour on free jogging, run around the island, aerobic steps for 20 mins, step and step plus the hula hooping, I was sweating madly but feel I have done enough to neutralize the extra cals and also did HHA for 1 hour so 2 hours should counter act it or at least something, shame the wii fit does not tell you how many cals you have burnt but the island was 144% and the m one was 2635, my little one wiggled the remote and did over 10,000 not even moving:rolleyes:

Victory i'm sure that made up for the chocolate you ate :T Over 2 hours worth, you'll be wasting away. I didn't feel like getting all sweaty tonight so did Core Stability.

HHA Result: 30 mins Core Stability
