I really like the Davina one, although its old now, but i guess her new one would be pretty good too, might have to update my collection ;) There seems to be 2 types, either dancing or boxing, it depends what you like. I really like the boxing/kicking ones, i go all karate kid with them :rotfl:

FFM if you find skipping with the rope tough, do the actions without it, its good enough for Davina and Vicky.

I'm going to have a wander around the charity shops tomorrow to see if I can pick up any cheapie exercise videos (or dvds). They are typical items sent to charity shops after they have gathered dust for a while.

I know it sounds silly, but I do like the challenge of a real skipping rope - it makes me jump faster when I am doing single jumps and touch wood I haven't landed on my nose (yet :rotfl: )

HHA Result: 25 mins RC Toning 2 mins skipping (well it was drizzling a bit out there)

    FFM :)

    Havent done any HHA today~oops:rotfl:

Beanie, you slacker. Shift up on the sofa.:rotfl:

Delly - great news!! All fingers crossed for a smooth and speedie transition. You've done the house up beautifully. And you next home is going to be your safe haven, and witness the blossoming of your new, fulfilling life.

Somnia: great stuff re the weightloss/IVF. And everything you lose from now on is a bonus, and makes you all the fitter: I don't know if it increases your chance of conceiving, but at least it eliminates any horrid doubts from your mind that 'you could of done more' - there's enough pressure with IVF as it is. Wishing you lots and lots of luck.

Stuck to sw plan today, though fancy some thing before bed time. Wonder if I can do anything exciting with a ryvita...

I don't like Ryvita, but they are currently running a campaign and there are some suggestions on this: http://www.ryvitapartyfit.co.uk/challenge/download/party_fit_challenge_pack.pdf

The suggestions are in the breakfast and lunch areas of the plan.

Well done Delly, I really admire you for the way you have tackled things, My marriage went south after 20 years and it took me a lot longer than you to really start moving forward.

Hiya Somnium, it's LA Fitness that did the deal, it could be cheap because I'm in little old Lincoln but the gym is lovely. Well done on the weight loss, I'm struggling at the moment but refuse to give up.

Um...a little OT...do you have a Gala Bingo in Lincoln? My mum wants to go(shes in Lincoln obviously), and my step-dad swears he's seen one, but nothing on the Gala site.

Also OT...As of today I am debt free :D Onwards & upwards :)
