So after having a dance around the LR to the Bob the builder theme with LO, I'm back. For regular now. Passing out parade is done and results can be seen HERE.
So now that's done-in my glorious state of tipsiness:)let me state that it is over... the holiday season has finally left our house and taken it's various guests with it. There are now no more excuses,or occasions or reasons to indulge. With that Brighton Belle please restart me (if you had started me in the first place) at 92.2kg When I first posted just before new years, I was 90 odd kilograms. But having said that, aunty Flo arrived today(much to my disgust) so Im sure she will only make me look good next week, I an going to take tomorrow to ease into my water intake and just spend time here looking for inspiration-and then Monday when DF goes back to work I'll dive in.
Despite my gain, I have to thank you all, as it's been here that's kept me from wallowing in it:) I'm glad to see you are all doing so well and I cant wait to get back into HHE with you on Monday.

Leverton - I'm studying basic Spanish (L164 I think) with a view to building up towards a modern language degree although my organisation will really have to improve before that. Having a bit of a mad panic as hadn't realised when my second assignment was due in.

Well best of luck with it, I'm sure you'll manage OK. I'm aiming for a politics economics and philosophy degree - part of me is thinking WHY WHY WHY

Daily eating plan Good morning!:j I am pleased with myself because I managed to get through Saturday night without going over my syns!:j I have been struggling in the evenings but managed ok last night. Maybe my craving binge is over?

Today I am having EE - probably always will do from now on:D

Breakfast - 1 ounce oatmeal soaked in lowfat yogurt over night with fresh blueberries mixed through this morning - this was very tasty and surprisingly filling - more so than if I'd cooked the oats:confused: (HEB + free)
Snack - 1 red grapefruit discovered cowering in the back of the fridge!(free)
Lunch - quorn lasagna (need to use up the quorn) - free + HEA
Dinner - vegetable rice and fish all cooked in the Remoska (free) with sugar free jelly and tinned peaches in juice for afters (free + 3 syns)
Snack - scan bran cakes - (6 syns)

    Love

Was lucky in the sales yesterday bought a shock absorber sports bra should have been £28 but was £6.99 at TKMAX, it is the one that the said came first on this morning show for it's clasps, ability to keep you in place whilst jogging running etc so was well chuffed to find the exact same one but much cheaper, been given a yoga mat:D then Tesco had the whole tracksuit for £8 so now I can do the tree pose:D then JD had a 90% sale so I got a running vest top for £5 instead of £24.99 and a Nike long sleeved running top also for £5 instead of £25, so I am set, came back from town put on the gear and did HHE-1 hour of aerobics, balance, yoga and unlocked the free jog for ten mins and did over a mile in that so was well chuffed, the gear works well will do some more today.

Oh, also got some all singing all dancing scales, salter, body fat, BMI,water, bone, etc I can see me becoming addicted to them but they were 70% off at Debenhams for £13.45 instead of £45 so bought them, they tell me that i HAVE LOST 1LB off xmas, 2 lb to go

I'd like to report a 0.5lb loss this week. Not great but I did have a total blowout on Thursday.

all the little bits add up Vixstar. If you lost that every week that would be 2 stone in a year:D
POlkadot - it's always great to hear the difference we all make to each other on hear, so thanks for saying so. I think you did really well to realise you needed to wait another week before you could throw youself it to this.

So am I Leverton:rotfl: . No, seriously, good for you: I met my OH 6 years ago on a uni course, (and we're no spring chickens) and OH went on to get a 1st in his degree at 49.

Victory - now you have scales at home, you are not to be weighing yourself everyday and going into meltdown when there are natural fluctuations:naughty::D .
Need to go and plan the rest of the days eating now...didn't get up very early so breakfast wasn't that long ago.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

  • I've just been out on my bike with DS - just dropping him off round at a mates - they have to put a piece of music together for school, piano, drums, guitar and something else (can't remember what). Hats off to the mum who's letting all that happen in her house - actually they are all very into music, so for them they are probably loving the fact that the next generation is getting into it.

So, I'll be out for another bike ride at 4pm to 'pick him up'.

Now going for a HHE on the Wii - felled the Christmas tree earlier so much more room.

I take it your older? Best time to do it in my opinion, degrees are wasted on the young! ha.

If i had my time at uni again, i would wait untill im 30, when im more mature and doing assignments was a new novelty, not a chore. The older people in my uni classes embaraced and tackled the assignment head on, the youngens waited till the last minute, rushed it and then handed it in just on time or with an extension.

I know for a fact i could easily get a 2.1 for my course, and i could have had a distinction for my HND, but boys esp 1 in partic, drinking and shopping took preference! 2.2 for me, and im hoping.

p.s only 5 days till my dissertation hand in day! cant wait for the pub after, im going to get merry big time

The boxing was okay once I got the hang of what I was supposed to be doing. But my arms are still a bit tender from the Kick Boxing last Wednesday.
