DS and DF are asleep on the couch so I will be doing a 15 minute challenge if and when they wake up. I have THE WORST cramps tonight so I know I need to do a workout. I've almost finished a weeks planning. Granted it is made easier by the fact that I already have a months worth of dinners done so I just need to count the calories and add the rest of the day.

I'm debating with myself regarding whether or not to crack on with some housework now or leave it all until the morning/ Might just get the kitchen done so I can't argue with myself about brekkie in the morning.

    I failed today.
I haven't done my HHE and I feel a tad guilty.
I have been working all day on cooking, ironing, planning etc and I simply have run out of time and energy. I did have a bit of a dance last night for a good half hour and it did run into midnight........ spose I could include this.
Why is it that if you set yourself goals and you miss one you feel so bad???
Diet has been good and I have eaten properly.
  • Don't feel bad Annie, that's not failure - sounds like a success to me.

Bear in mind you're just human. I'm sitting here thinking about the HHE I was planning to do and haven't - but like you I have done other things today - like not eating chocolate, a bit of cycling, tree felling (okay so it was the Christmas tree), generally tidying - it all takes energy - we should probably list our successes rather than focus on what we haven't done.

OMG, i know why its called Maximum Impact, 1hr and 18mins of torture, if i did it everyday i would have buns of steel in a week :D I had to pause it a few times to get some water, but i got there in the end, completed about 90% of the moves :rotfl: I think once a week is enough for that dvd. FFM Core Stability has moves like standing on one leg and kicking it out front, side and back, lots of breathing exercises and lying on your back stretching etc, i feel very relaxed after completing it. The Davina DVD is old but is fairly simple to follow, as is Tae Bo Cardio.

HHE Result: 1hr 18mins  Maximum Impact Workout

I'm on HHSS the rest of the night, i deserve it :rotfl:

Thanks mambury and ffm - I have been active all day your'e both right. However I know that unless I get up at 6.30am I will not have time tomorrow to work out. I'm working until 5pm get daughter from training, home to get tea around 5.45 and then out to tutor from 6.30-9pm. I will be a wreck by 9.30 and certainly no time for my wii. Then that will be two days without my HHE.
nmm - well done on the max impact, it sounds tough, Davina is about all I can manage apart from wii at the moment

Annie hun don't feel bad, your housework is done:) I have not done any housework, nor have I done that challenge I was talking about earlier. But DS has just gone down-and after being up with him until 5am this morning and then up again at 8-Im going to join him in bed now.

Tomorrow I will get up with DF and have breakfast and then take DS for a brisk walk to the park with some food for the ducks and a football, and all will be better with the world:)

    Good night everyone
