:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Not too sure about flossing dellybelly - I suppose I could take them out and soak them for a bit! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::o:p

Have been recording eating and exercise on Foodfocus this week. It's a great site, but I do not understand how some of you can be so accurate about how many calories you've had -- how do you do it if you eat outside your own home? I'm doing some very approximate guessing.
One major disaster -- I ate the dates before I'd looked at the calories. Mr Granny had bought a BIG (750g) bag of dried dates and I think I ate about 20 ... they are 50 calories each. OMG.
Sorry I missed your birthday KPC.I hope it was a good one.

Marion:rotfl: Get your DH to hide them:rotfl: .
OK, totally off topic, but glass worktop and sodden wood from leaking tap/circular sink gone, new beach laminate worktop and 1.5 sink in place:j . They transform the room (cold northfacing room, a shrine to stainless steel and masculine taste (I bought the house from 2 men and it was such a new kitchen I couldn't justify replacing it before.) It has proved over time to be the conquest of style over practcality.
And best of all: I now own a draining board and an extra half sink. Walls painted orange to off set the remaining traces of silver /grey in the room.
Plenty more to go, but like you missy, in stages.
sw red day
Tonights dinner in slowcooker: chicken pieces cooked in mixed spices (cinnamon, tumeric, cardomenseeds & garam masala )& yogurt served with colliflower & roast butternut squash:drool:
Lunch was 4 ryvitas(HEB) withs HEA of cheese & HM pickle (need to syn up)
Bkfast was boiled egg & HEB of toast

Happy to report a 2.2lb loss this week, now only 0.4lb above my maintaining weight
Embarrassed to report that I munched through 3/4 of a box of chocs today at work - at least I managed 9/365 days with no chocolate - I was lonely though and the box was just there in my cupboard - oh well, when they've gone they've gone
No exercise yet today, except for the sprints/jogs to the printer - as no one else was in I could wear jeans and trainers - maybe that will count as exerciseHoping to squeeze in 1 HHE before bed though.

Well done FFM:T You have earned that. As for the chocs, well, as you say, they've gone now. And life would be no fun if we were never a little naughty
Granny, have you switched from sw to cal counting?
Delly, 'go you' for the bracing walk. Relish feeling brilliant. You've really really earned that.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Been for my 2 mile walk. It was freezing but beautiful out. Am now enjoying a low points snack of blueberries and zero fat greek yoghurt before tackling my ou assignment. Fingers crossed for tomorrow's weigh in that the exercise has countered my food mistakes this week.
I see there is a fellow OU student on this forum - what are you studying? I'm studying DD203 and A211 - a politics and philosophy course (at the same time :eek:Outstanding Debts: DLC - £4,724.54 Blair, Oliver and Scott - £3682.00 Barclaycard - £1606.13

From time to time - just for a change. As I'm lilacly having a fresh start I though a fresh approach for a bit. But I'm so imbued into the SW ideas though that I tend to have red days adn green days anyway. Just trying to avoid the brown and yellow spotty days (that's chocolate and cheese rather than my compelxion, I hope)0 -

Shame about the dates granny! I think simlarly to you, I'm guessing to calorie count as many do on here you have to be very committed and accurate, which isn't always easy if you're out for lunch somewhere etc. Any thoughts or advice on that anyone?Outstanding Debts: DLC - £4,724.54 Blair, Oliver and Scott - £3682.00 Barclaycard - £1606.13
